MRGNB Preventative Maintenance Guide – 2015
The maintenance guide sets out what constitutes “maintenance” and what constitutes “warranty” as well as specifying what aspects of the roof are covered under the warranty. In order for the warranty to “stay in place” and remain valid, customers are required to carry out certain maintenance activities on a regular basis, such activities being spelled out in the guide. While it is not necessary to have the original contractor perform the maintenance work, the activities are be carried out by a qualified contractor, in particular a member of the MRGNB to ensure that the warranty status is not jeopardized.
